Remodeled LYON VILLAGE Colonial

After relocating from New York City to Arlington, our clients purchased a stately 1937 Colonial in Lyon Village with the goal of modernizing the home while preserving its historic character—and making it work beautifully for their family of four. They engaged Manlove and Company Interiors to collaborate closely with their architect and builder, honoring the home’s classic bones while introducing modern functionality and refined finishes. By guiding key design decisions throughout construction and furnishing the home top to bottom, we created a layered, livable space that balances entertaining with relaxed family living, designed to support this family for years to come.
