Rosslyn Penthouse Retreat

With sweeping views of the Potomac and Georgetown, this modern Rosslyn condo offers a luxe, centralized retreat for two former DC residents. These long-time clients asked us to remodel and furnish their new penthouse for an effortless transition to single-level living.

Drawing inspiration from the open layout and dramatic vistas, we created a design that’s both contemporary and inviting. A soft, natural palette keeps the space bright and airy, while sleek furnishings, curated accents, and custom touches—like a mahogany built-in for their prized miniature car collection—elevate this one-of-a-kind home in the sky.
