Rather than focusing on discounts, we prioritize value. Because we purchase directly from manufacturers, we’re able to provide custom, to-the-trade pieces at a better value than what you'd typically find in a retail setting, without compromising on quality or craftsmanship.

When desired, clients may choose to purchase certain items on their own. In these cases, they are responsible for handling all aspects of ordering, delivery, and issue resolution related to those purchases.

At Manlove and Company Interiors, we source from a trusted network of to-the-trade vendors, artisans, and workrooms to curate furnishings and custom pieces that reflect your style, elevate your space, and meet your practical needs.

Manlove and Company works alongside your architect, builder, contractor, and other trade professionals. In fact, we can introduce you to these experts ourselves! We’ve spent the last 17 years building our network of trusted partners across the DC Metro Area, Northern Virginia, the Eastern Shore of Maryland, and the Delaware Beaches.

Although we can join your project at any point, it’s best to bring us and your entire team together early. This allows us to collaborate and execute a design vision that matches (or exceeds) your goals for your home, both functionally and stylistically. In our experience, it is never too early to consult with a design team when building a new home or planning a large-scale renovation.

Yes. After booking your complimentary Discovery Call with us, you will have the option to engage our services for an in-home Strategic Consultation. This is a working session that functions as either a standalone service or the launch of your project. 

The first portion of our meeting includes learning about your goals and sharing preliminary ideas, advice, and expertise. The second portion of our meeting is dedicated to discussing our process and how we could move your project forward. Our clients see the most transformative results when we have the opportunity to work with a blank slate and create spaces that feel singular, personal, and cohesive. This includes whole-home furnishings projects and large-scale renovations, usually when a client is moving into a new home, building, or renovating a new or existing home. Our design style varies to reflect the lifestyle, interests, and aesthetic tastes of our diverse clients. Together, we’ll get to the heart of what you’re passionate about and how you want to use your home, such as connecting as a family, gathering friends, relaxing, playing music, celebrating your heritage, displaying your cool collections, and more. Then, we channel these into inspiring spaces where you can celebrate what you love each and every day. That’s our style, and we love it!

All purchasing and execution goes through Manlove and Company Interiors, unless there are select retail items that you would rather purchase and receive yourself. This can be decided after you have approved your project’s design.

We collect 100% payment upfront, after which our Expeditor purchases all your items. Our receiver inspects and stores your items until every piece has been received and is ready for installation.

Every project is custom, resulting in different completion times. When we begin working together, we will discuss projected timelines and keep you informed week-to-week. Though timeline adjustments may be needed as the project progresses, we do everything in our professional power to keep your project running as smoothly and efficiently as possible. You can trust that if there’s a way to do it faster and maintain the highest quality of service and results, we’re already on it.

Due to the nature of work opportunities in the DC Metro area, we understand that you may be moving into the area and want to arrive at a fully furnished, beautiful home. We can absolutely help and have done so before for clients who were not physically present during the process. This includes us touring and measuring the site, presenting design concepts to you virtually, overseeing any light construction, procuring furnishings, and conducting the final installation.

YES! Manlove and Company Interiors loves working on Clients’ second homes and we’d love to discuss your project and see if we’re a good fit.

Typically, we meet in-person to present your project’s design concepts, and we can also offer fully remote design services if needed. During the presentation our Design team will walk you through our vision and selections for every space in your home.

Our design concept presentations include; a comprehensive Design guide, floor plans, elevations, mood boards and finish and fabric samples. We provide 3-D drawings on a case-by-case basis.
