Suzanne Manlove

Principal Designer + CEO

Suzanne founded Manlove and Company Interiors (formerly Arlington Home Interiors) in 2007 on the heels of a career in top creative positions for Britches Great Outdoors, Time-Life Entertainment and others. For the last 17 years, she has channeled her artistic vision and management background into creating truly livable homes for inspired, accomplished professionals. She loves the hunt for singular pieces and finding new, creative ways to infuse each client’s identity into their home.

Passions: You can find Suzanne exploring new cities and art events with her husband, Mark, finding her zen at yoga and meditation workshops, and getting outside as much as possible.

Mark Manlove

VP Marketing + Operations

Mark joined the team in 2017 following a stretch in art school, an MBA, and a vibrant career in corporate marketing for several telecom giants. His unique experience elevates Manlove and Company Interiors internal operations, helping advance company initiatives, maintain the studio's strong marketing presence and manage projects at the highest level.

Passions: Mark loves to collect record albums, attend art galleries and festivals, practice yoga, read classic fiction, cook spicy dishes for the Manloves’ family of four, and ride appropriately-sized waves.

Flavia Heupel

Designer

Flavia has been an essential member of the Manlove and Company Interiors' team for over eight years. She holds degrees in Interior Design and Sociology, the latter of which gives her a unique edge in crafting designs that bring people together and inspire desired emotions and activities in a room—perfect for homes that support clients’ interests and ambitions.

Passions: Flavia loves spending time with her husband and three beautiful daughters. In her (limited) free time, this São Paulo native enjoys celebrating her heritage with samba dancing, Caipirinhas, and fashion.

JENNIFER SCHRODER

Designer

Jennifer is Manlove and Company Interiors’ newest design team member. After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from the Illinois Institute of Art, Jennifer moved to Atlanta to launch her design career. And the move down South was well worth it, providing her with the opportunity to design interiors for several five-star country clubs. Our clients benefit from her ability to seamlessly blend comfort, functionality and plenty of luxurious style into a unique vision for their home.

Passions: A perfect day for Jennifer would start off with a challenging DIY home project, followed by a stroll with Benson, her stylish French Bulldog, maybe sneak in a Hallmark movie and then outdoor dining & drinks date with friends and family.

Elise Seidita

Expeditor

Elise brings a diverse wealth of experience to the team. After launching her career on Capitol Hill in the press office of a U.S. Senator, she made a sharp pivot, receiving her B.A. in Interior Design. Since then, her experiences have contributed to our top-tier client experience, building relationships with our vendors and trade partners, and making sure our precious orders arrive safely in our clients’ homes.

Passions: Elise is a traveler at heart, with a love for rescue dogs, calm beaches (Hawaii), freshly muddled mint mojitos, and dreams of exploring the world.
