How about a nice and simple Valentine’s Day this year?  Since it falls on a Wednesday, a big night out could be a little hard to pull off. But you can – and should – still celebrate the occasion with your sweetie.  Here are a few suggestions for keeping it both simple and special:

• Food: No cooking! Tonight it’s Take-out. I suggest Thai.
